Would it be possible to get some sort of comment system for triggers?

So when someone figures out how to resolve some issue, he could comment it on the trigger so the next person who needs to resolve it again could check if there were some hint how to solve it. 

I tried to use description but it does not work in every situation, like discovered items and triggers.
