We need to have a way for a host group to specify the host group blackout periods and during those periods Zabbix could even stop monitoring underlying devices, say for example, we are monitoring some devices for a customer and that customer operates during early EST hours i.e. 8AM to 4PM, so outside those hours it doesn't really matter if the device under that group goes down. This will really help save Zabbix operational cost as well.
