net.tcp.dns / net.tcp.dns.query should not ignore IP argument

      According to the manual, the IP argument in these items is being ignored (and looks like it is indeed).
      If you enter any random IP, the lookup / status check will result in a positive return message.

      Why is there an argument if it is not used?
