A KPI report that would measure the time when the alert generated to the time it was acknowledged, fixed by team.

      Currently there is no KPI report available to measure the teams activity and responsiveness. I would like to have such a feature to make sure that my team is working up to the standards.

      The idea is to measure the time required to acknowledge the issue, and solve it.
