I have the following issue:

I'm monitoring a bunch of HAProxies that are having the same backend servers. We are talking a few hundred backend servers and a handful HAProxies. The thing is, if a backend server goes offline, I get X alarms (where X equals to the number or HAProxies) saying "Hey, backend X is offline". Can we do something about it? Can we somehow link items together across the Zabbix server, so that we won't get spammed?

Also, HAProxy is just an example. I have the same issue if I monitor a Proxmox Cluster, for example, and one VM is offline. I'll get notified X times (where X = number of Proxmox VE hosts) that the VM is offline.
