In Zabbix we can create LLD rules, but unfortunately not copy them to other hosts/templates. (only clone on the same host/template without the prototypes)

However... the API call is present to facilitate this: https://www.zabbix.com/documentation/6.0/en/manual/api/reference/discoveryrule/copy

It would be a very, very nice improvement if we have this natively possible in the frontend as well!
