This is a new template, which uses a new (6.2+) key proc.get[] for LLD.

It's LLD rule will create 9 prototypes: memory related etc, but for CPU utizization.

I wonder why we could not add one more prototype, using proc.cpu.util[] key.
Even single Linux OS (supported) worth to have such improved template.

Quite a lot of people are looking for such solution.
