Currently, a "Not supported" status for an item can be only observed in Latest data or Data Collection > Hosts > Items pages.
If a user lands on the item configuration form, he/she will not realize that the item is in a Not supported state. To found this, he/she will need to go back to the items list page, scroll down or filter to search the corresponding raw, which is somehow tedious.
I think that this information should be included in the item configuration page itself, for easier access.
The same consideration could also apply to Hosts with unavailable interfaces.
