currently official MS SQL template is not supporting multi-instance SQL installation monitoring.

Users cannot define more than one DSN macro and SQL instance per host and the same Host cannot be monitored two times as well. In some cases default SQL ports cannot be changed due to depenedices, so workaround is not possible. 

The idea is simple, to allow users to define more than 1 DSN and SQL instance per monitored host, e.g. define DSN and instance, DSN2 for instance2, DSN3 for instance. 

So Zabbix then should be querying first DSN, then DSN2, DNS3 with some short time intervals.
