Add Grafana OnCall MediaType

      It would be helpful to have a MediaType for Grafana On Call.

      Grafana On Call officially uses a shell script, but it has a problem (like all Zabbix scripts) with special characters, such as quotes.

      I created a MediaType pull request that I made and have been using successfully for several months.
