Rediscover deleted host

      If a host has been discovered, then it will be removed, and if the conditions for rediscovery are met, the host will not be rediscovered because it still remains on the list of discovered hosts in database.

      To avooid that, each time a host is deleted, it should also be removed from dhosts table automatically.
