create a macro function base64_encode to be able to ecode variables like {token}.base64_encode()}

Context

for web scenario, we need to set, as variable, result of logon process retrieved on step 1 in variable {token}

Result from authentication is a clear json. but to be able to use it in header in step 2, we need to encode this result in base64
