Disable multiple trigger actions of problem ID for same recipient

XMLWordPrintable

      Hello all,

sometimes it is necessary/wanted to have a host in multiple Host Groups. To get an overview of my setup, every Host Group has an according User Group and Trigger Action:

"Zabbix proxies" (User Group) has permission on "Zabbix proxies" (Host Group) and is notified by "Zabbix proxies" (Trigger action)
"LocationA/Linux" (User Group) has permission on "LocationA/Linux" (Host Group) and is notified by "LocationA/Linux" (Trigger action)

To keep this example, Host "Zabbix-Proxy-LocationA" should be member of both Host Groups, "Zabbix proxies" and "LocationA/Linux". My user now is member of both Users Groups, because I am responsible for both. It could be a host "Zabbix-Proxy-LocationB" would be in another Host Group for LocationB but also in the "Zabbix proxies" without me being responsible for other Servers at LocationB.

Now to get to the problem: Because I am member of two User Groups with separate Trigger actions, I receive two notifications (Email in my case). You can see that in my screenshot in the attachments.

Question: Can there be an option to execute only one trigger action for a User/Recipient per problem ID even if the user is part of multiple trigger actions?

      Thanks!

      Best regards,
      Björn
