All input that allow to enter both date and time should have datetime picker that allow to select both date and time, otherwise we need to pick date from UI and then type time manually in the input field separately.

 

 

Reproduction:

Click on the calendar icon next to the datetime input field.

 

Current result: 

Opens component that allow only to select date.

 

Expected result:

Opens component that allow to select from UI both date and time.
