Jira media type needs to be updated in order to work with jira 9.x

      Currently Zabbix is unable to create tickets using the jira media template after upgrading from 8.20 LTS to 9.4 LTS.

      This is believed to be due to the deprecation of the /rest/api/2/issue/createmeta endpoint after jira 9.0 (https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiracore/jira-9-4-rest-api-change-log-1178876796.html)

      The endpoint is used in L253 inside the getSchema function, https://git.zabbix.com/projects/ZBX/repos/zabbix/browse/templates/media/jira/media_jira.yaml
