I would like to propose the addition of a feature in Zabbix that allows for trigger-based maintenance. This feature would enable users to automatically put hosts into maintenance mode based on the status of specific triggers.

Use Case Example:
For instance, consider a scenario with multiple VMware hypervisors monitored in Zabbix. I aim to automatically initiate maintenance mode for a host when the vmware.hv.maintenance item returns 1.

I'd achieve this by creating a trigger with an operation that puts the host into maintenance mode for a specified period or until the item returns 0 again.
