After ZBX-22588 it is not possible to use other protocols than "http" and "https" in Web Monitoring. Some users have used different protocols before, e. g. "ftp" (ZBX-23982), "rtsp" (ZBX-23980) and they would like to have an option to do that.

In the newer versions there was introduced a configuration option (Administration -> General -> Other) called Security where a user can specify schemas:

This issue requests for a change where a user could specify protocols allowed in Web Monitoring, e. g.:
