We currently are migrating towards Azure and are getting alot of data from it using mainly powershell. This data gets  flushed into Zabbix using trapper items. This works very well. It's mainly static data (currently), as example, Client Secrets (CS) expiration dates.

We utilize a seperate powershell node within our network which does all the quering. We use trapper items because some scripts will run for a long time as we have a lot of subscriptions within our tenant.

Now for the main problem. We use LLD to create CS items and triggers automaticly. The query script runs once a day, so when a CS is updated or deleted it takes a whole day for the trigger to be cleared or item to be deleted. In the meantime the trigger still is active on our dashboard (This makes sense, as it is a natural Zabbix mechanism.). We could acknowledge the trigger or close the problem ofcourse and it would disappear from our dashboard. But, if a colleague makes a mistake and closes the wrong trigger it would not be retriggered. That could be a potential problem for our organisation.

So, for us, it would be best to let nature take it's course and let LLD delete the trigger if the item value is adjusted, or the item gets deleted. We could use the script "Manual event action" and rerun our powershell script from the dashboard  problem widget which will trigger the value update or deletion, but, we can't utilize our powershell node because there is no option to run the script from another host. We know that this option does exists whithin the trigger action operations and would like to see the same option within Scripts "Manual event action" so we can utilize our powershell node.
