      Move the vmware events collection process to separate new type of job, that is adjusted by calling vmware.eventlog

      • start event collector with VMwarePerfFrequency interval
      • adjust the period of data collection based on vmware.eventlog interval
      • stop event data collection if pooler does not collect data within 2xVMwareFrequency time
