limit user to use specific zabbix proxy

      the zabbix user can use every zabbix proxy configured on system.

      In multitenant environment, i want that customer can see and chose other proxy other than I configured for him.

      a sort of sharing for the dashboard, where he can access shared dashboard and cannot view the other.
