Proxy group discovery internal item

      There is no easy way to make proxy group monitoring (e.g. alerts on state change) at the moment. One could use zabbix[proxy,discovery] and extract all proxy_group fields, but this requires some JS exercises.

      We need zabbix[proxy group,discovery] and changes in Zabbix server health template.
