With the release of 7.0 we have the communication framework for widgets in place. This opens a massive amount of options! However, it seems you need to click on a element, to change the presentation of another widget. For some widgets that makes sense, for others not so much.
Example: Create a map with a few submaps, with on each submap hosts and some problems. Now configure a dashboard that presents that map and a problem widget that gets its information from the map widget.
I assumed, the moment i click on a submap the problem widget will be updated to represent the information on the submap. It's not updated automatically. It will only be updated once i click on a element in the submap, whilst it makes sense the problem widget only shows whats relevant in the submap by default. See attached gif.
Would be great to have a checkbox or such, to enable automatic updates of widgets
