Provide official helm chart repo

      Currently using https://git.zabbix.com/projects/ZT/repos/kubernetes-helm/ requires either git clone, or manually packaging the helm chart and publishing it on your own helm repository. It would be beneficial, if there was official helm repo we can use to pull latest version of the chart and not have to maintain our own copy.
