Service monitoring + service actions look very useful for alerting stakeholders on service degradation, however if I were to use service actions instead of triggers there is very limited options for conditions compared to trigger actions. For example I'd like to only send certain actions (ie. alert the customer) if the severity is High or above but, as far as I can tell, this is not possible.

I think I could add some custom logic to the media type webhooks that are used but that seems messy, and since the EVENT.* macros are available to the service action message templates already it doesn't seem unreasonable to add more condition options.
