Add stddevpop() and stddevsamp() additionally as mathematical function

      avg(), max() and min() already exist as mathematical functions. However, standard deviation does not. For evaluations of trend functions, calculated items and statistics, it would be useful if stddevpop() and stddevsamp() were also available as mathematical functions.
