I've noticed that the Service update notifications have a slightly different set of macros. I mean, they include macros {EVENT.UPDATE.NSEVERITY} and {EVENT.UPDATE.SEVERITY}, which contain the event severity after an update, whereas Trigger-based notifications use the macros {EVENT.NSEVERITY} and {EVENT.SEVERITY} for the same purpose.
For developing webhooks, it would be helpful for us to understand the reason behind the differences in approaches between Service update notifications and Trigger-based notifications in terms of macros. Is there a way to bring them to common behavior as much as possible?
