SLA on Services with status different than OK

      Hi everyone!

      First, thanks for this amazing product and community.

      It would be nice to have the chance to select which Service severity affects its own SLA.

      For example, if the service is on Information or Warning status, the SLA should not be affected, but with Average or above, yes.

      Nowadays and as i understand, the SLA is not affected by OK status only.
