Summary
These use cases are important to consider:
It's not possible any more to have a link in a message template directly to the relevant item or trigger.
We can't open a couple of items in new windows (e.g. middle-clicking a few items in a list), which otherwise makes going through many items much easier (for non mass update changes)
And we can't even share links to items and triggers between colleagues anymore.
This was a terrible usability choice. Please fix this soon.
 
Use case
As a user I want to be able to:
1) open any modal window from lists in a new tab (identical to Hosts list → host link)
2) copy/paste modal window URL and re-use it, e.g. send to a colleague
