Enable host override input for SVG graphs and Pie charts

      In ZBXNEXT-9215, the function to override itemid was added, but I believe that overriding the host would also be very practical, perhaps even more useful.

      It would allow tracking the evolution of values for the same set of items across different hosts.

      Example dashboard in attachment. (Unfortunately, it is not usable at the moment.)
