We utilize Zabbix to monitor things like active Terminal Server Sessions and active Backups.  Having a status such as "Active" (with like a blue color) and a resolution like Completed would help differentiate between actual Problems and monitored process activities.  Perhaps the status states could be defined when creating the trigger.  While the information Severity works to differentiate these triggers, a different status state would allow the Problem screen to not look like there are so many problems.
