Currently, when a trigger used in an action is deleted from the underlying template, the action is automatically disabled without sufficient notification. This can lead to confusion and unintended consequences. Proposed improvements include:

1. Displaying a message that the trigger cannot be deleted because it is used in an action.
2. Allowing the trigger to be removed from the action without disabling the action, especially in AND/OR conditions.
3. Clarifying in the audit log that the action was disabled by the system due to the user’s deletion of the trigger.
4. Providing a warning when an action is disabled due to the removal of a trigger item.

These enhancements will help prevent accidental action disabling and improve user awareness and control.
