The default number of items represented by the new graph tooltip is 20, defined here:

defines.inc.php:

define('ZBX_WIDGET_ROWS', 20);

It would be beneficial to set this in either the UI or raise the default to e.g. 50 as it is something we typically hit as limit. 50 is a number that does not seem to create screen overflow issues with the tooltip.
