Now that Zabbix component config syncs are incremental and happen very frequently (running every couple of seconds instead of old default of a few or many minutes), I suggest changing the logging so that instead of the current "log all config sync connections in loglevel3" the config syncs will be logged as follows:

• if the config sync results in no change of the configuration, log it with loglevel 4+ only
• if the config sync results in any change of configuration, log it with the same loglevel as currently

This would make the log files more fluent to read and comprehend. Increasing the loglevel would then give the extra information whenever needed.

And, the components will log the loss of connectivity anyway so the old-style "keep logging every connection" is not needed anyway.
