When an item is created/updated, it redirects to the item list with a POST request. Thus refresh is not available - it is useful to see if the new items is working as expected. The same happens with triggers, applications and graphs.
This could be solved by:
1) Adding links to all tables (items, triggers, applications and graphs) - the current table is not showed now
2) Separate view/edit logic so the page could be refresh (e.g. with F5 or ctrl+r)
