Hi guys,
We would like to request the development of a new feature for the Zabbix aimed at improve the user experience in detecting and resolving errors.
Below are the details of the requested feature:
- Objective:
Implement a feature that allows Zabbix to automatically identify critical errors in the zabbix logs after startup or after an unexpected shutdown, and provide the user with the option to send this information directly to Zabbix support (E-mail?!?!? Jira API ?!?!?).
- Feature Requirements:
- Automatic Error Detection:
After Zabbix starts or following an unexpected shutdown, the system should be able to automatically identify log lines that contain errors or critical events. - Log Submission Option:
Upon detecting an error, the system should provide a user interface with the option to send the most recent log lines (or specifically the lines containing the detected errors) directly to Zabbix support. - Inspiration from Existing Solutions:
This feature should be inspired by the error reporting system found in Apple devices, where the user is notified of the error and given the option to send diagnostic information to the manufacturer.

- Correct Issue Reporting for (Potential) Customers: Many users, especially those who are not yet customers, will learn how to correctly report errors within the application and how to access the appropriate support channels.
