It could be beneficial for troubleshooting and log reviewing purposes to have the DebugLevel listed to its corresponding message, so it is shown which level generated which message.

Example:
Original:

359867:20240404:025511.105 cannot parse proxy data from active proxy at "xx.xx.xx.xx": proxy "proxy01" not found

Suggested:

2024-04-04 02:55:11 359867 <Debuglevel> cannot parse proxy data from active proxy at "xx.xx.xx.xx": proxy "proxy01" not found

Replace <DebugLevel> with e.g. WARNING for DebugLevel=3.
