Hello! Will be nice to have ability to specify in actions conditions for host a "contains" filter, like for event name ot tags.

Case of usege: we have a big lot of hosts with name like "blablabla-esx-N", but this hosts is grouped by model in our Zabbix, not by service. In this case only regex in trigger condition will be usable for forwarding alerts to proper recipient.
