Steps to reproduce:

1. Create Scheduled report with the maximum possible cycle of Daily
2. To customize this report it's quite obvious that someone may want to add current date into mail title or body (as it is maximum Daily, not Hourly etc).

Result:
Unfortunately only {TIME} macro is supported in Scheduled report, but I's almost useless, in the oposite to {DATE} which would be very useful but is not supported.
