Could the word "filter" be made more prominent on all pages. Its currently a very light white colour and is often missed, especially if is closed.

Making it a slightly larger font and also bold would be great.

It would also be useful to have a setting to always have the filter block open when viewing a page. This could allow user to set it as viewable or hidden.
