Revise first parameter for system.cpu.load[]

      None of Zabbix supported operating systems support queue length per cpu, thus we should revise the first parameter to separate only 2 cases:
      "all" - total queue length
      "percore" (or "percpu") - total queue length divided by core (or cpu) count
