Summary

In Zabbix 7.0 there were removed entity prefixes (for items) from templates, leaving unresolved identical entity name edge cases throughout Zabbix. This ticket focuses on Graph widget.

Use case

1. As a user I want to have means to filter identical items (item name) in Graph widget using inherited (template,host) tags (e.g. Target=Apache)
2. As a user I want to have means to distinguish identical items (item name) in Graph widget presentation
