Introduce a -C option to output the effective configuration parameters with which Zabbix is running. This would include all settings resolved from the main configuration file, Include directives, and any overridden parameters. The goal is to simplify the debugging and verification process of active configurations.

When deploying Zabbix using Ansible, I often face a choice: either overwrite the main configuration file or leverage Include and override mechanisms to simplify upgrades and management. Using overrides helps maintain flexibility and reduces the impact of updates, but it complicates reviewing the active configuration, as values may be scattered across multiple files. Having a -C option would greatly simplify the process of verifying the complete and active setup at runtime.
