Dependent items from other host

      Currently i have one zabbix host with agent2 (active) items which are mqtt subscribes to get the LoRa JSON data.

      Now i want to create a seperate host per LoRa sensor and create dependent items to the main host with all the mqtt subscribes. 

       

      Is it possible to create a dependent item with a master item from another host?

       

      If its not possible, what is the best alternative? currently i added all items in one host for the time being.
