Requesting better solution for official ServiceNow integration (ServiceNow monitoring and integration with Zabbix).

The existing JavaScript based solution is not strong in relation to:

• Persistence: if the connection is lost you risk loosing incidents
• Flood protection: an alert storm can cause various problems.

For that reason, we have developed our own solution that handles persistence ang flood protection. However, we would always prefer a “standard solution”. Therefore, this feature request.
