Please allow option to set a custom timestamp formatting in widgets such as Item History.

Currently a tickbox in Item History widget can enable/disable timestamp completely, but no customization of timestamp is possible.

I would like to be able to apply a more human-readable format to the timestamp. Allow custom format of timestamp using variables that can include the basic numeric values but also string values such as Dec, December, Fri, Friday etc
