It is now 10 days that we know 7.0.7 server crashes (ZBX-25765).

I am surprised about no warning about this in release or upgrading notes.
People like me will be returning from holidays and start upgrading to broken 7.0.7

Can blocker problems maybe propagate automatically to release notes for that version or something?

I do not want to pollute original issue so I created separate. If this is wrong approach, please say it.
