A good improvement would be to remove the limitation of processes that you can run when you start the service. If I have a system that I can scale without limits and a well optimised DB, it doesn't make sense to have to set up another machine and install another Zabbix Proxy and do the work of sharing the load between the two of them.
Why limit the number of processes to be run?
