Is there any Zabbix internal item that returns no of users logged in to Zabbix UI??

My use case is as follows:
I'm the manager and my fellow teammates are needed to monitor on Zabbix continuously where there is a user group called "SOC-Users", Now at any point of time in business hours if no user is online available, I need an escalation mail on that case.

Need item Online users count (with additional filters like user groups)
