HTTP Agent Convert to JSON not available on discovery rule

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create a new discovery rule
      2. Use type HTTP Agent
      3. Scroll down and observe that "Convert to JSON" is not available

      Result:

      Expected:
      Being able to convert to JSON, just as with a regular item.
