Allow a higher timeout setting for zabbix_js and zabbix_get utilities.

      Please allow specifying a longer timeout value for zabbix_js and zabbix_get utilities.
      Specifically for zabbix_js, it is sometimes necessary to test more complex JavaScript code, for which 60 seconds may not be enough.
